Information you give us.

You provide us information about you by filling in forms on our site in order to complete an online health and safety induction process and facilitate the Client/ Promoter in meeting their Health and Safety obligations as part of the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015. The information you give us includes your name, e-mail address, employer, on-site role and if you are first aid trained and optional information should you choose to share it.

Uses made of the information

We use information held about you in the following ways:

We will use this information to:

  • Record that you have read and completed this induction;
  • Updated a spreadsheet that is used by the client/ promoter.

We will not use your personal information for any other purpose.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you will be stored within the UK. By providing us with your personal data, you agree to this storing and/or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or on secure servers operated by a third party.

Unfortunately, the transmission of data and information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted via our Services or sites; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Data retention

We will not store your personal data for any longer than is necessary.

Your personal data will be stored on our servers for 30 days then it will automatically be deleted.

The Client/ Promoter may download and store your personal information offline for their records.

  • The right of access to the Personal Data we hold about you
